Unlimited Club FAQ

The Unlimited Wash Plan fee will automatically be charged to your credit/debit card on the purchase anniversary date each month. Please note, there are no refunds for partial months.

All Unlimited Wash Plan members must notify Splash & Dash Car Wash of any changes to their billing information, including address, email, or credit card details. If your account deactivates, reactivation will be subject to current retail pricing. Per the terms of your membership, cancellations may be made in person or online by clicking the “Manage My Plan” button.

In the event Splash & Dash Car Wash is unable to charge a customer’s credit/debit card due to card expiration, change of information or anything not directly influenced by Splash & Dash Car Wash, we will attempt to run the card an additional 3 times prior to deactivating. Reactivation will be at the current retail pricing.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By purchasing an Unlimited Wash Plan, you understand that this is a recurring monthly charge on your credit/debit card for the Unlimited Wash Plan membership. Unlimited service, as defined by Splash & Dash Car Wash, is up to 1 (one) car wash per day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year outside of closures due to holidays, inclement weather, maintenance, store upgrades, governmental orders, or other force majeure events. Splash & Dash Car Wash may increase monthly rates with notice emailed to current members at least 30 days in advance or by posting conspicuous notice at our location. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid phone number and email address on file with Splash & Dash Car Wash to receive any changes or updates to the terms and conditions for the Unlimited Wash Plan membership. The Unlimited Wash Plan is intended for private, non-commercial vehicle use. Each Unlimited Wash Plan membership is intended for a single vehicle only. Members can wash once per day, per membership. Taxis, limos or professional people movers for hire, including app-based ride services, such as Uber and Lyft are prohibited. By signing up, you attest that the vehicle you are signing up is not a commercial vehicle, a taxi, limousine or any app-based driving service for hire (such as Uber, Lyft etc.) and agree to have your membership cancelled with no refunds if you violate this agreement. Splash & Dash Car Wash may terminate any membership for any reason. The Unlimited Wash Plan plan cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.
