One moment he’s especially proud of is selling his very first monthly unlimited pass, a big milestone that reflects his commitment to customer service and growth.
If he could give advice to someone just starting at Splash & Dash, Ben says to pay attention, ask questions, and take initiative. He believes what truly sets Splash & Dash apart is the unmatched customer service and the strong support team members have for one another.
Outside of work, Ben’s dream car is a Hummer H2, and a fun fact about him is that his left leg is mainly composed of titanium.
